How do I submit my paper?
First of all, please complete the registration on our website and submit your paper to our website. Please submit your extended abstract before the deadline so we could review your paper and notify you if you need to revise it. You should submit your revised extended abstract to our email if you received email notification of your paper revision from us.
Where can I get the extended abstract template?
You could download the template from the Home page of our website.
Why haven't I received any email notification after submitting my paper to the website?
Your paper is still checked by our team. We will notify you by email whether your extended abstract needs revision or is already correct.
What is the difference between abstract and extended abstract?
The difference between abstract and extended abstract is more likely that abstract only contains 200 words of your brief summary of a research article and the extended abstract consists of introduction, brief methodology of the research, highlight of research results or main expected results of the study, and the conclusion. The extended abstract should be 5-8 pages.
What does my status mean?
You could see your paper status on the Submission Update page of our website.
REVISE: Your paper has not followed the extended abstract template yet. You should revise and submit it to our email [email protected].
UNDER REVIEW: Your extended abstract is already correct. The content of your paper is under review by our team. Please look forward for the notification of the content revision of your paper from our email. You need to submit your revised paper in 7 days.
ACCEPTED: You have submitted your revised paper and received a Letter of Acceptance from our email.
REVISE: Your paper has not followed the extended abstract template yet. You should revise and submit it to our email [email protected].
UNDER REVIEW: Your extended abstract is already correct. The content of your paper is under review by our team. Please look forward for the notification of the content revision of your paper from our email. You need to submit your revised paper in 7 days.
ACCEPTED: You have submitted your revised paper and received a Letter of Acceptance from our email.
Do I need to submit full paper and camera-ready file?
The deadlines of full paper and camera-ready file will soon be determined after conference.
How do I pay for the conference fee?
You could transfer to our Mandiri bank account, you could find out the account number on the Home page of our website. Please upload the proof of your payment to our website. Then we will send you the scanned receipt by email. You could receive the receipt from the committee on the conference day. Please note that you should pay the right amount from which category you are: International, Indonesian Student, or Indonesian Regular. For early bird, you should complete your payment by January 31st 2019. If you pay after the early bird payment deadline, you will need to pay for the normal payment by February 28th 2019.
What are the facilities on the conference day?
You will get certificate, seminar kit, extended abstract files, coffee break, and lunch.
Where would the conference be held?
The conference will be held at Surjono Auditorium, Faculty of Engineering, Brawijaya University.
